BCGWA 2025 Annual Convention, Trade Show, and AGM

The BCGWA 2025 Annual Convention, Trade Show, and AGM will take place in Kamloops at the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre April 10-12, 2025!

Early Bird Exhibitor registration will OPEN at 9am on Wednesday December 16, 2024!

Booth Types

Standard Exhibitor Booth – $750+GST (Early bird price until January 31, 2025)

AFTER Jan. 31, 2025 – rate will be $800 +GST

• 10’ wide by 8’ deep booth
• 1x Full Two-Day Delegate Pass for primary participant
• Pipe and drape back and side walls (3’ side walls)
• 1x 6’ skirted table
• 2x chairs
• Access to standard Power

Luncheon Sponsor Exhibitor Booth – $1,500+GST (Only 5 available. Booths 1-5 on map)

• 10’ wide by 8’ deep booth
• 1x Full Two-Day Delegate Pass for primary participant
• Pipe and drape back and side walls (3’ side walls)
• 1x 6’ skirted table
• 2x chairs
• Access to standard Power
• Logo with fellow luncheon sponsors on tent cards upon every dining table during luncheon period
• Logo upon one shared 24”x36” sign showcasing fellow Luncheon Sponsor logos at the start of the luncheon buffet
• Logo with fellow Luncheon Sponsors on dual theatre screens during luncheon period
• Interactive games to play with visiting attendees at your booth where attendees will win tickets for luncheon prize draws (i.e. – a pair of dice to roll, the number that shows = the number of tickets the attendee receives OR a small target throwing game where each target hit receives a particular number of tickets)
